This modern, comfortable and clean apartment is located in the heart of Nice on a small quiet street. On the 1st floor (with lift), situated just off Boulevard Dubouchage, our 1-bedroom apartment (40sq m) is very comfortably furnished to suit all your needs for a charming stay on the French Riviera. You'll find the main shopping centre, a supermarket and a secure underground car park (paying) just a stones' throw away. Secure entry is gained through glass doors to the lobby. The apartment is fitted with video entry phone. The living room with well equipped American kitchen, leads onto a nice balcony. Comfortable sofa, TV, DVD, and radio for your enjoyment. 5-6 minutes walk to the restaurants and nightlife and 7-8 minutes to beach.

This comfortable apartment in a recent building (2003) is perfectly located to discover Nice and the Côte d'Azur. Nice is within easy reach of all resorts on the Cote d'Azur (Monaco, Cannes, Menton, St Tropez, St Paul de Vence, Antibes etc.) by car or public transport. The apartment is situated about 15 minutes drive from the airport (about 25 on the bus), 12 minutes walk from the main train station, 5 minutes from the bus station, 7 minutes walk from the beach and a couple of minutes from the main shopping mall and street. It's also no more than a short walk to either of the main nightlife areas - Vieux Nice & the Zone Pietonne (Pedestrian Zone).

My husband organised our wonderful stay chez Sheila in 2007. What a wonderful find! A true home from home where everything seemed to have been thought of. Ideal location and smart building .. very quiet yet right in the heart of Nice city centre, literally 1 minute walk and you're in the main shopping centre. Alfresco dining on terrace and made most of the 10min walk to the train we really saw the Cote d'Azur Monaco to Juan les Pins!
We will definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful night life and beaches . So merci et a bientot!
