Very tastefully renovated 50 square metre flat right on Place Massena, in sunny Nice, France, inside one of the red-coloured buildings bordering the square, a few minutes by foot from the Old Town and the sea and beach. Access to the flat is directly from Place Massena but the flat itself is calm as it faces south, with a balcony, towards the sun and an inner courtyard. High speed internet connection available. The apartment is in mezzanine-style with bedroom for two, with sheets and covers, and bathroom, with shower, in an upstairs mezzanine (180 cm high) and fully-equipped kitchen and living room downstairs.

The apartment is on Place Massena, which is without a doubt Nice's most famous square and certainly the most impressive. Surrounded by the Albert I and Massena gardens, the imposing red-coloured buildings bordering the square assert an even greater presence. During the Carnival, it comes as no surprise that the King's float takes pride of place in this very spot. Place Massena is also one of the key central points in Nice: Vieux Nice is within easy reach, as is the sea and beach or even the main shopping thoroughfares.

This flat is ideal for exploring Nice and is situated in a lovely busy square but looks out on the back so it is very quiet.
Clean, well maintained apart from the shower door being broken. Extremeley easy pick up of keys etc so would definitely recommend it.
Only problem is low beams in the bedroom so may not suit anyone over 5ft 6, you would not fit in the shower if you were over this height either!
It is within easy walk of the train station, beach and the old town which is beautiful.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The shower door has been fixed. I myself am about 5ft 10 or 180 cm and I move around under the beams and in the shower without any problems, but it is indeed not suitable for very large or very tall people.
