Spacious, light apartment in the main square in Nice. It is in a fabulous building erected in 1860, seen on picture postcards of Place Massena. The apartment has a splendid bedroom with massive double bed. The living room has plenty of room for dining and has an American kitchen with fridge. The other end has a double and a single sofabed. The shutters open onto an interior Courtyard area which benefits from a new timber deck. It is very quiet at night despite being in the heart of the town. There is a TV, CD radio player and DVD player. The apartment is air conditioned. The apartment has WiFi Broadband internet access The apartment has a washer / dryer There is a smart WC shower room.

Place Massena is the wonderful main square in Nice. It is the hub of the city. Everything you need is on hand, including the excellent shopping in Avenue Jean Medicin with the famous Galleries Lafayette and the pedestrian Rue Massena with many restaurants and bars. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the old town 2 more minutes. There are swimming pools, libraries, art galleries, museums, shops, night clubs, bars, all sorts of restaurants, private and public beaches, parks, sites of historical interest, and excellent rail and bus services should you want to visit along the coast or inland.

Perfect Location!

Me and 4 of my friends stayed in the apartment for 6 days and couldn't have been happier. Despite space being a little cramped with all of our luggage, this apartment worked out perfectly for us. It was very clean, comfortably slept all 5 of us, and the spacious patio was a fabulous unexpected amenity. The best part about the apartment, however, was the location: right on Place Massena. It was 2 blocks from the beach and the main bus and train stations were also easily within walking distance, which was great for taking day trips. Management also meets you at the apartment for check-in and check-out which was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this charming apartment for a relaxing beach getaway in Nice!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
