'Tamara' a prime location on fourth floor of the Louis Vuitton building in Nice, panoramic views over the lush green Albert 1st. gardens onto the azur blue Mediterranean sea only 200 meters away. This light, elegant art deco one bedroom luxurious apartment (90 square meters, recently renovated) with a vast marble floor living room is tastefully furnished and has three double windows/doors onto a fabulous breakfast terrace and balcony with spectacular views. Below, the 'chic' shopping 'quartier', restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs and casinos are all within a short walking distance, as well as the 'old town' and the famous 'Cours Salaya' flower/ fruit/vegetable/antique market place just five minutes walk. From the balcony at night, one is surrounded by the illuminated Nice skyline including the Casino Ruhl, Plaza Hotel and the famous rue Paradis.
