Bright, completely renovated, exquisitely furnished, comfortable villa style apartment in a superb location in the most sought after area of Nice. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with panoramic view of the sea and the city. It has all comforts. There are three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, reception room with Satellite TV and CD/DVD player. Separate dining room. A huge fully equipped modern kitchen breakfast room including Fridge-Freezer, Washing machine, Microwave, Dish washer, Oven & 4 hobs + lots of utensils. There sea views from three rooms each with own balcony. Car park within a secure gated area. Situated on the famous Promenade de Anglais, and just a minute walk to the beach. You are just five minutes walk to the fashionable centre renowned for its top name shops, art galleries, nightlife with outdoor cafes, bars and restaurants complete with evening entertainment, strolling musicians and pavement artists. WIFI internet access.

The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for six adults and having 3 bathroom was very convenient. Great location on the Promenade des Anglais with the beach just cross the road.

Highly recommended.

Just a quick email to thank you for the use of your apartment. Everything about it was fantastic and we had a very relaxing holiday, too much good food and wine though! I hope to contact you soon regarding booking it again for another holiday.
