Fantastic Location for Every Taste: The beach is just an 8 minute walk and is full of action (sunbathing, swimming, sailing, etc) from May to October. Nice is at the heart of the Riviera and the main transport hub, Nice railway station, is literally at the top of our street. Nice Etoile shopping centre and the old town are an easy walk in the opposite direction. The new Tram system is a lovely way to go down to the old town. Nice is famed for its restaurants, night life and world class shopping year round. Living in the city gives you the chance to enjoy the widest range of holiday options. Nice is the fifth city in France.
A real gem ! : This apartment is a real gem! Completely renovated and refurbished in 2003 it still retains the character and charm of its original builders from the Belle Epoque era in the heart of the famous Musicians Quarter of Nice. Attractive features are the huge salon, the magnificent hallway, the chandeliers and decorative plasterwork. This is an apartment for fun and enjoyment. You have every home comfort at your disposal. It is bright and spacious and because its so large - 120 sq m - there's loads of space for everyone to do their own thing. The building itself is a listed and protected structure and has the original lift still running efficiently up through the central stairway (extraordinary!). We are on the third floor. Its very secure.
