This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfectly located, close to the Promenade des Anglais and within a short walking distance of the beach and the train station. It is the ideal base for exploring Nice any time of year. It is also beside the main shopping area and is surrounded by great restaurants, designer shops, art galleries and museums. Recently redecorated and refurbished, the apartment has a central marble-floored hall, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. The lounge has two large, shuttered windows overlooking the beautiful Avenue Georges Clemenceau; the heart of the famous Musicians Quarter. It includes a sofa bed, dining area and television/CD/DVD (incl. DVD library). One bedroom, facing front, has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe with sunny balcony overlooking a lovely internal courtyard. The kitchen comprises fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. This is a wonderful location for visiting other famous places on the Riviera. With only a short walk to the train station you can visit Cannes, St Tropez, Antibes, Villefranche, Eze, Monaco. You can also travel to the famous Ventimigilia markets in Italy. It is also within easy reach of beautiful rural villages and the Alpine ski resorts. The apartment is located in the heart of the Musicians Quarter in the ‘golden triangle’ of Nice. This means it is within walking distance of all main facilities and attractions.

  • Apartment is also available for short stays (min. 3 days) at a cost of £125 per night (May-Oct excl July/Aug) or £110 per night (Nov-Apr).
    Change-over days are flexible.
  • We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards. Please allow 4 days for cheque clearance.
    Christmas week is charged at higher rate.

Sheltered by the Alps and protected by the Mediterranean, Nice enjoys lovely weather all year round. It has over four million annual visitors taking pleasure in the art and culture of the city including 19 museums (Matisse and Chagall amoung them), convention centre, three theatres, opera house and symphony orchestra. The train station is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. This excellent service takes you to all the must-see towns and beaches along the Cote d’Azur. The Musicians Quarter is the most elegant and central living area of the city. It is the hub of all the shopping and cultural activities yet is also beside the Promenade des Anglais and within easy waking distance of the old port where you will find great markets and busy night life.

Nice is a year-round destination. Spend the summer time at the numerous Nice beaches or other resorts. Spend the winter sightseeing, shopping or skiing in the Alps at Valbury or Auron (less than 2 hours by public transport). There is no need for a car as everthing is within easy reach.

BIG apartment for France! Decent sized bathroom and separate WC. Nice roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Light airy rooms. Well equipped kitchen. All well cleaned. Comfortable for 4 adults. Overlooked a main street. A little noisy at night with the windows open (too hot to keep them closed). Secure, quiet and calm building inside. Elevator in the building, but apartment is 1st floor anyway.

We were greeted on our arrival, even though we had to change the meeting time at the last minute due to a train strike. Both Alex (on the phone) and Claire (who met us) were professional and very helpful.

Convenient location for the train (good for doing day trips to Monaco, Cannes, etc). Leisurely stroll down to the beach front (or tram that runs from the corner if you're feeling lazy). Monoprix on the corner for groceries. Bakery around the corner. Easy to get to the old quarter and beach from here - it would be hard to get lost!

Excellent Location

This apartment is in an excellent location. A two-minute walk takes you into the main shopping area of Nice. There is a Monoprix (supermaket) close by which sells everything you would require for your stay. It has a superb choice of wine, cheese and bread. The beach is a ten-minute walk away and the old town of Nice is around fifteen minutes away. The apartment is well-situated for both the train and bus stations. During our stay we visited Ventimilla (Italy), Monte Carlo, Antibes and Cannes. Public transport is very reasonably priced and fairly efficient. The owner of the apartment kept me well-informed at all times of entry arrangements to the property. Patricia was there to meet us with the keys within minutes of us arriving from Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice.
