Beautiful, light, apartment with balcony and a view of the port. Totally refurbished to an excellent standard. 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Air-conditioned. Lovely parquet flooring. Fully equipped.

The apartment is perfectly located on the Port of Nice. As you step out of the front door of the apartment building you are met with the fantastic sight of some of the worlds finest yachts next to traditional Nicois fishing boats. The port is one of the best areas in Nice for eating out. There is a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The nearest beach is approximately 300 meters away. There are bars and night clubs nearby but far enough away not to disturb the peace and quiet. Several main bus routes pass by the port, just a short walk from the apartment. This makes the rest of Nice very easy to get to. Nice is a perfect base from which to explore the rest of the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera. The bus to Monaco stops just 300 meters from the apartment and runs every 20 minutes.
