Fabulous 3rd floor air conditioned apartment on the famous Promenade des Anglais with views along the Baie des Anges. It is a block from the Hotel Negresco and there are many restaurants on hand. Large living room with sea view, dining room and 2 double sofabeds, DVD player, flat screen TV. Well appointed new kitchen with washing machine/drier, dishwasher fridge with icemaker, freezer, double ovens and build in coffee machine. 3 bedrooms;- one with sea view, excellent double bed, Bose radio/CD alarm ; 2nd with double bed and shower; 3rd with two singles. Luxurious and extravagant double shower room, double hand basin. Marble floors. Wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. There is a lift and good security with video phone door entry and concierge. First class accommodation / Brilliantly stunning location.

Located in the city of Nice on the sea front Promenade des Anglais. There are many art galleries, museums, theatres, the Opera, markets, shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, tea rooms- plenty of places to enjoy the cuisine of the area and world cuisine. There are many sporting activities for participants and spectators including football at both Nice and Monaco ASM. The beach is opposite the apartment. There are private and public areas. At Easter you can ski in the morning in the Alps about an hour's drive away and swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon. You can take a boat to St Tropez or Cannes. Trains provide an excellent transport service along the coast and into the mountains. The new tram system makes a quick and enjoyable way of travelling around the city.

The apartment is in a great location on the Promenade des Anglais, the centre of Nice and the old town are within walking distance. The double shower room is luxurious and the views from the balcony were wonderful. The booking was dealt with smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment to another large group.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Stayed in july 2009, a lovely apartment overlooking the sea, easy booking, close to all amenities, highly recommended.
