Attractive, modern AIR-CONDITIONED apartment with stunning views over the Mediterranean, close to the sea, the beaches and the famous Old Town of Nice. Bedroom with large double bed. The living room provides a sofa bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. Fully equipped American kitchen. Laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. From the large balcony you can watch the luxurious yachts and ferries entering the harbour of Nice. The Bay of Angels from Nice to Cap d'Antibes is at your feet. To complete the panoramic views, the Promenade des Anglais, the Chateau Hill , the city of Nice with thousands of lights at night, guarantee spectacular views. The swimming pool and separate children's paddling pool (also with sea view) is surrounded by a nice garden . Entry to the building is by security badge. Free parking in the indoor garage. Lift to all floors. A caretaker is on site.

The apartment is situated close to the port of Nice, the Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town. It has the most spectacular views over the Bay of Angels. The sea and some romantic bays and beaches for swimming are only a few minutes walk down a private road opposite the apartment. A big supermarket and various local shops are at 5 minutes walking distance. The old town 'Vieux Nice’, the Flower- and Antique Market, Promenade des Anglais with the large beaches, are at easy walking distance. If you prefer discovering the area by car, Nice offers many public parking garages all over town. Returning from your trip and sightseeing you can park your car safely in the indoor garage. (no extra charges) Public transport in Nice is well organized. There is a bus stop only 20 meters from the apartment. All the charming villages as shown on the map can be reached by frequent buses or by train. Various boat trips can be booked in Nice harbour.

Final cleaning on departure day can be done by the occupiers or by the cleaning service for 30 Euros. The large balcony with table and chairs (including tablecloth + cushions) has a sun blind for shade in the summer. The swimming pool and garden can be reached by lift or by stairs. The garage is accessed by lift or stairs from inside and by 'security badge only' from outside the building. The sea and some romantic beaches are only a few minutes walk down a private road opposite the apartment. The large beaches along the Promenade des Anglais and the City centre are at about 15 minutes walk or you can take the bus (half hour service) that stops just within 20 metres from the apartment and will bring you to the city centre or the Old Town within 5 minutes.
