The location couldn’t be better for this penthouse apartment, on the two top floors of a Riviera Art Deco building. This quiet side street between the Hotel Negresco and the Casino Ruhl, both on the famous Promenade des Anglais, runs from the beach to the pedestrian street with all its shops and restaurants. On the entrance floor, there is a beautiful living room that opens onto a sunny terrace for breakfast and lunch in the winter time. In front of the fireplace, there is a couch and a couple of armchairs. (There is also room to put in an extra bed.) On this floor, you find the main bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The bedroom offers AC. A staircase takes you up to the terrace floor, with a huge terrace and a separate house with two beds (not air conditioned). The total surface of the terraces is about 250 square meters! Here, there are 4 sun beds, dining table with a sea view, and another table with a view to the mountain
