This 1 bed apartment is in a fantastic position for exploring Nice. It is situated very close to the Old Town and Beach ( 5 min walk) . The new tram and Place Massena are only a 2 mins stroll away. The apartment has just had a new kitchen and bathroom as well as newly painted throughout (Installed June 08) It is surrounded by bars, shops, restaurants, even the building itself sits on top of a patisserie (bread and cake shop). The apartment itself although situated in the middle of everything is located at the back of the building so is reasonably quiet (for a city!).Unusually for accommodation of this size the apartment has a separate bedroom (equipped with a double bed,no messing around with a sofa bed every day!!) and a separate lounge/kitchen both with French doors opening up onto the south facing balcony/terrace. There is recently installed air conditioning,LCD TV and DVDplayer. The balcony is also equipped with a table and chairs for dining 'alfresco.'

The apartment is located on Rue Giofreddo a few steps from Place Massena and Avenue Felix Faure,and it is very close to the Old Town and the Beach. The main shopping street of Jean Medecin is less than 5 mins walk. It is also on a main bus route. There is also on street parking all around the apartment and a couple of public car parks within a few minutes walk. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is no lift.
