Self catering offers freedom of eating out or cooking in our kitchen using fresh ingredients from local markets. The apartment is in a chic area of Nice so you can sample brasseries, markets, delis, and boutiques mostly used by locals. Our elegant and stylish one bedroom apartment is on the third floor of a beautifully decorated Art Deco apartment block with a lift. The lounge has a small balcony overlooking the Square and the kitchen has a sunny terrace, with a view of a magnificent palm tree. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissants. The apartment has a brand new kitchen and bathroom . The location for this apartment is superb. It is located in the chic Musiciens quarter of Nice. It is only 8 to10 minutes walk from the beach, the famous Promanade des Anglais.The bus (No 23 from Terminal 1, costs only 1Euro ) to and from the airport stops within 50 meters of the apartment. The direct airport bus (No99) which wizzes you to the airport in 15 minutes also stips minures away.All the local amenities including a colourful indoor market, brasseries, boulangeries and patisseries are on the doorstep. Old Nice is also a pleasant walk through pedestrianised and interesting roads. The Gare SNCF train station is 7 minutes walk making those day trips to Cannes and Monaco to mention just a few attractions so easy! No need for car hire or taxis as superb and convenient public transport links! As you are in a chic french area, also close to the beach, you have the best of both worlds. Not directly on the busy and noisy promenade, but central enough to explore all of Nice on foot.

Additional information about rental rates

  • RATES
    Rates are weekly rates for the apartment, for two people. There will be a small additional charge for the 3rd and 4rth person. Reduced rates are available for 2nd and 3rd week of booking outside high season The rental rate includes electrical and gas usage and cleaning on arrival as well as a meet and greet service from Mike our English and French speaking keyholder resident in Nice.One set of linen and bath towels will be provided for four people.Additional sets for longer stays will be provided by the keyholder at a small charge. A deposit is required when booking. Balance can be paid to the keyholder on arrival. A £100 fully refundable security deposit is required to cover breakages, loss of keys etc.
    Apartment is also available for short stays (min. 3 days) at a cost negotiable per night.
    We accept payment by cheque, or bank transfer. Allow 4 days for cheque clearance.
    If booking is made at short notice full cash payment will be required beforehand.
  • COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND
    You will have our agent as local contact to meet and greet you on arrival and departure at the apartment and answer any questions.
  • Higher rates might apply for Monaco grand prix, and Cannes festival period as well as the Jazz festival in February. Please check at the time of booking.

The train station is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. This excellent service takes you to all the must-see towns and beaches along the Cote d’Azur. The Musicians Quarter is the most elegant and central living area of the city. It is the hub of all the shopping and cultural activities yet is also beside the Promenade des Anglais and within easy waking distance of the old town.

NICE AROUND THE YEAR: Nice is a year-round destination. It enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year Some of the many activities in and around Nice: February: Mimosa Festival, Carnival May : Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Festival July: Jazz Festival Swimming and sunbathing almost 9 months of the year!

Ferries to Corsica and St Tropez are also available from Nice Port.

We enjoyed our stay very much, there was so much to do and see, I loved the gorgeous chandeliers! - Ann and Terry, London May 05.
We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and were so pleased that we booked it instead of a hotel. It is very nicely furnished and decorated and it is difficult to find any fault! An excellent flat in a super position.

My wife and I spent two weeks in this apartment and found it to be ideal for our holoiday. It is in very good condition, well furnished and very spacious with balconies at front and rear with pleasant outlooks from both. It is very well situated being only 7 minutes walk from the railway station and tram connection and with buses passing the door. This is important if you plan to visit as we did the other resorts along the Cote D'Azur. It is approx. a 8 minute walk to the seafront. We were most impressed with the transport system which is both convenient and very cheap. There is certainly no need for a car in Nice. We shall certainly recommend this apartment to our friends.

Very well maintained, clean and airy property with all comforts of home and in a quiet neighborhood.
Within 15 minutes bus travel to/from airport, thus saving on taxi fare. Walking distance to Promenade de Anglais. Easy access to buses and trains which take you to Old City and all the main attractions/restaurants for as little as 1 euro to 4 euros per person. Grocery store, farmer's market, patisseries just a step away as also an excellent restaurant (Loccitanie). We had a pleasant four nights stay at this property and enjoyed our trip immensely. Everything as described by owner was very accurate....I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

this wonderful appartment is hundred per cent equiped as described. due to the buses you can reach every point in nice within minutes. due to the close railway station you can visit the cote d'azur from ventimille to cannes very easily. when i shall go again to nice i shall try to get the same appartment.

Great apartment near the beach in the Musciciens area of Nice. Good accommodation with well stocked amenities. Balcony for the morning sun and another balcony for the afternoon/evening sun. Very sylish apartment. Would recoomend.
