Bright, spacious, self-catering apartment (72m2) traversing third floor , 2 double bedrooms (opening onto courtyard Véranda); Bathroom with bath, shower and hair drier. Separate toilet; Fully fitted kitchen, microwave, washing machine and drier. Iron & ironing board; separate dining area. Large comfortable sitting room with parquet floors and French doors to sunny balcony overlooking the street. TV, DVD-Player, VCR. This apartment is exactly where you would want to stay in Nice; ideally located both in terms of exploring the city on foot and viewing the entire Riveria by means of an excellent public transport system. Nice is a very compact city. Everything is within an enjoyable walking distance. The area is busy during the day (plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, etc) but wonderfully quiet and safe at night. With its sidewalk cafes, miles of pebbled beach, grand promenade, picturesque old town, markets, art galleries and casinos, Nice is a fantastic holiday destination

Matisse & Chagall art museums boast best collection in the world. Home of Matisse still stands in the old town, appropriately bright yellow & beautiful, surrounded by tall shuttered houses & narrow winding streets. In this space you can enjoy the Monday antique market, Saturday farmer's market & a flower & fish market the rest of the week. Restaurants line the street inviting you to sit outside and sample the local delights. Airport-15 min by express bus or taxi. Railway station (Gare Theirs) 5 min walk- for trains to Cannes, Eze, Ville Franche, Monaco/Monte Carlo and Italian markets. Monte Carlo 22 mins. Tourist train to scenic mountain gorges and Alpes Valleys daily during summer months. Bus and train journeys along coast give breathtaking views of Mediterranean towns, almost always bathed in bright sunlight.
