This beautifully spacious 2-bed apartment is on a quiet road right in the heart of the atmospheric Old Town. Here you'll enjoy buckets of charm typical of these old Nicois buildings, coupled with every modern-day convenience you could want. The apartment has recently undergone a complete high spec renovation. This includes a newly fitted modern bathroom (bath with shower) and a brand new kitchen. Kitchen appliances include electric fan oven with hob, washing/drying machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. Also available LCD TV, DvD player, CD player and MP3 speakers. New photos available soon. Whether it's a romantic break for 2 (the main bedroom has a spectacular 4-poster bed), a city break for friends or a family holiday, this apartment is the perfect choice for you.

    An initial deposit equivalent to 1/4 of the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
    No pets. This is a No Smoking apartment.

Excellent quiet location. Close to the bus station and tram. Lots of patisseries, grocers, butchers, nick-knack stores to choose from in the area. Comfortable beds. Authentic French experience. We had a wonderful week. The girls loved the big bath and watching the DVD's.
Owner's Response: You've basically described exactly why we like this apartment so much! Glad you had such a fabulous time. The bath is definitely an added bonus as many holiday apartments only have a shower. Of course there is a shower too to wake you up in the morning or for a freshen up after a day at the beach. Everyone's happy!

A very nice and clean apartment right in the heart of the Old Town. A few minutes walk from the bus station and 5 minutes away from the main market.

You can arrange to meet at the apartment or bus station and you get a welcome pack including some fresh coffee and a bottle of wine which is a nice touch.

It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so you need to be reasonably fit to tackle the stairs especially if you have a lot of luggage.
Owner's Response: Thanks for taking the time to give us your positive feedback. As you say, proximity to the bus station and cours saleya market is one of the key benefits of this apartment, and yet it's also on a very quiet street.

We find the walk up the stairs gets a little easier each time and makes us feel less guilty about all the ice cream, pasta and wine we inevitably consume each time we visit!

Great place in the heart of the old Nice, very close to the market, the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Pleasant appartment, we enjoyed the stay!
