Beautiful light and sunny apartment, ideally located on the port of Nice. The front entrance literally opens out on to the port side where you can find lots of fantastic restaurants. It is just a short walk to the attractions of Old Nice. The apartment is in the loft of an old Nicois building and has many period features including exposed beams and a functional fire place. It is also fitted with all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible including air conditioning and double glazing.

The apartment is perfectly located on the Port of Nice. As you step out from the apartment building you are met with the fantastic sight of some of the worlds finest yachts next to traditional Nicois fishing boats. The port is one of the best areas in Nice for eating out. There is a wide selection of restaurants within just a short walk. The nearest beach is approximately 300 meters away. There are bars and night clubs nearby but far enough away not to disturb the peace and quiet. It is a pleasant 5 minute stroll into the old town and to the Promenade d'Anglais. Nice is a perfect base from which to explore the rest of the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera. The bus stops with links to Monaco and other towns to the East are less than 50m away.

Notes: The apartment is on the fifth floor of an old 1850's Nicois building. There is a lift that goes to the fourth floor leaving just two short flights of steps up to the apartment.

We stayed only four days, the apartment was perfectly located on the Port. Easy access to Old Town area, bus line right at your door for access to almost anywhere along the Cote Azur. Owner and staff were fantastic to work with, we would definately rent here again!
