Port area-panoramic sea view-big terrace

Big terrace with panoramic sea view, relaxation and quietness. 2008 renovated and refurbished, tasteful decoration and very bright. Dish washer, washing machine, dryer. Garage+private parking in front of the building. The apartment is located in the noble area 'Mont Boron' in Nice (between the Port and the small lovely village 'Villefranche'). Nice beaches at the Port and in Villefranche. Behind the building there is a big park for walking, jogging, pic nic with a fantastic view of all the city and the sea. Beach, supermarket and down town are close by but easiest to reach by car. There is however a bus stop near by.

Hi Mike and Lene, I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay in one of your apartments in Nice! My brother and I had a great time and your apartment was perfect for the two of us. (I am sorry that I never got a chance to meet either of you.) We will definitely be suggesting your apartments to friends and family of ours who intend to visit Nice in the future. The location was perfect, the apartment was beautiful, clean and well set up, and you made it very easy to rent. I hope that we left the apartment as you would have hoped. We had wanted to sweep or mop but did not find the means to do so, I apologize.
