A fabulous, newly-renovated and fully-equipped studio apartment in a former palace in the heart of Nice's Old Town. The apartment benefits from a good-size balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, rooftops of Old Nice and distant mountains. The property gets the sun for most of the day with superb views of the evening sunset. The beach, Promenade des Anglais and famous Cours Saleya (the daily colourful flower and local produce market - all the main restaurants and bars are also situated here) are just a few steps away and the port is a five to ten-minute stroll. The apartment has a double bed, single mezzanine bed, travel cot, dining table and chairs, television, storage for suitcases, hanging space, chest of drawers, sofa and CD/Radio. There is a separate fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, hob & oven & a shower room with brand new, full-size shower. A perfect base for exploring the Cote d'Azur. Suitable for a couple & 1/2 small children

Visit the famous Cours Saleya flower and local produce market which is held on Tuesdays to Saturdays, with antiques on a Monday. The Cours Saleya is a few steps from the apartment and is home to all the main restaurants and bars. The Port is a five to ten-minute easy stroll as is the Promenade des Anglais. Spend a wonderful evening in one of the many restaurants in the Cours Saleya or at the Opera or simply stay in and dine on the balcony whilst enjoying the stunning views of the sea, rooftops and distant mountains. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring the Cote d'Azur with Monaco/Monte Carlo, Cannes and Antibes a mere fifteen-minute train journey. Italy is 18 miles from Nice and is just over an hour by train. Places of interest include the Opera, Nice National Theatre, and Matisse Museum, all within a five-minute walk. The Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival are held in May with the Jazz Festival and Bastille Day taking place in July.
