A large a sunny studio apartment with double sized bed, plus double sized divan sofa bed, separate kitchen, fully equipped with full size stove, microwave, washing machine and all the cooking utensils for preparing your meals at home. Beautiful balcony offering spectacular views of the Baie des Anges, from Cap Antibes to Cap Ferrat. Separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The apartment is ideally located on Avenue Californie with uninterrupted views of the sea from the Promenade des Anglais. Parking is available on the street in front of the building and the area is surrounded with shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops. A short stroll, twenty five minutes, takes you to the heart of Nice along the beautiful Promenade des Anglais, or take advantage of Nice's public transportation system that stops right outside the building. Elevator/Lift to the fourth floor. Fully air conditioned.

Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
A great location, directly opposite all of the beaches on the Promenade des Anglais, right across the street. This is a local area and has all the amenities one requires, two large supermarkets for great shopping, boulangeries (bakeries), cafes, and economic 'brasseries' where one can enjoy the local Nicoise delicacies at reasonable prices, as well as a wonderful pizzeria a short stroll away offering great pizzas and pastas, all prepared by hand. Information is left in the apartment on where to go to eat, as well as numerous suggestions from previous happy clients visiting Nice for your personal pleasure. There is excellent public transportation, and we are less than five minutes by car from the airport, five minutes to the highway for exploring Provence and five minutes drive or twenty five minutes by foot to the Cours Saleys outdoor market for a great shopping experience, and Old Town for some typical Nicoise dining, or great shopping.

Five minutes drive to Nice International Airport and twenty minutes to the train station with wonderful service to Cannes, Monte Carlo, Antibes, and the coastal towns of the French Riviera. Weekly markets include flowers, fresh vegetables, and even antiques....The Nice Tourist Board office is directly across the street from the apartment, and you cross the road to find seven kilometres of beaches and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais.....Local activities include rollerblading, biking, windsurfing, swimming, jet skiing, paragliding, or simply watching the world go by from any point on the Promenade des Anglais...Gambling, nightlife, etc., are all in the heart of Nice...visit Old Town to see the wonderful architecture and enjoy fine dining.....
