Delightful apartment in Central Nice
Le Parnasse is a spacious, one bedroom, second floor apartment with lift access. It is light and airy and is well decorated. All the rooms lead off the main hallway. The large double bedroom and the sejour have parquet floors whilst the remainder of the apartment is tiled throughout. It is well equipped and comfortably furnished. In the sejour are two settees, one being a sofa bed. There is a dining table and seating for 4. French doors in both the sejour and the kitchen lead onto a large terrace.

The apartment is located in the central part of Nice, just off Boulevard Joseph Garnier, in an area where the French themselves prefer to live. There is an abundance of small shops, restaurants and bars which flourish alongside a vibrant , atmospheric street market ( open 6 days a week) where stall holders compete to sell fresh fruit, vegetables, other local produce and fish. The main railway station is 10 minutes walk. There is a regular first class bus service ( at least 4 routes) nearby to all parts of Nice, including the airport. A car is not necessary

The kitchen is well equipped including electric toaster and kettle etc. There is a small kitchen table with seating for 2.There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, including a walk in cupboard in the hall.
