Nice holiday apartment

stayed at the studio for 2 weeks in august and really felt like home.very close to the beach ,and the old nice is a 10 mins walk..the studio was immaculate...really well equiped ,friendly place very close to shops and restaurants,i have tried different rentals ,this is the best so far.the owner is very friendly and helpfull i use to have my coffee on the terrace every morning and it really felt great.the only thing i can say about the place is that you defenetly won't be disapointed there is nothing remotely wrong about the place,there's a beautiful church 10 mins walk and a beautiful park as well.if you like private beaches they are just in front of you!!!the promenade des anglais is a walking distance from the studio not far at all. por les francophones je viens de passer deux semaines dans un studio merveilleux ou je retournerai,superbement propre a proximite de tout magasins resto vieux nice plages eglise park etc la proprietaire est elle aussi tres tres sympa le studio est calme spacieux on y dort super bien il y a tout dans le studio on se sent chez soit...j'y retourne l'annee prochaine je le conseille a tous.

Really a nice apartment in Nice. The aparment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good, near the railwaystation and quite near downtown and beach. The owner was helpful and we got all information we needed before our holiday.
