With a fully equipped kitchen, oak parquet floors, and fitted wardrobes it is the ideal holiday location. You'll find an abundance of good cafe's and restaurants up and down the pedestrian streets of the old quarter to tempt you with local specialties. The shopping is excellent, from small specialized boutiques selling local products to many of the designer label stores. The housekeeper lives in the same building and is on hand to offer help and advise to help you get the most from your stay

With the beach as you back garden, and the cafés and restaurants of Cours Saleya as your terrace, you are in the heart of old Nice on a street that is quiet at night and a hive of activity by day. You have the Opera house as your neighbour and further along you have the daily flower market in Cours Saleya. Public transport is reliable and cheap (1euro anywhere on the buses) and offers easy access other places to explore from Cannes to Monte Carlo. Enjoy fresh croissants and coffee on the beach with breakfast at Opera Plage, or a night of dancing at the 'Bodeguita de la Havana'. There is an abundance of things to see and do, all within a short walk and if you do get walked off your feet then Nice's new tramway runs every ten minutes and will carry you home for 1 euro per trip. Up to date information is provided in the apartment, so that you don't miss out on what is on in the area.

  • 30% deposit to secure bookings
    Balance due on arrival
    Payment method: Credit card, Bank transfers, Euro Cheques, Paypal and cash on arrival
    GET 10% OFF- Pay your deposit within 24hrs of receiving your quote and we will take 10% off the rental price.
    A 300€ security deposit is also required on arrival, this is returned on departure subject to breakages.
    We expect the apartment to be left clean and tidy when you leave, but should you wish us to deal with the cleaning we can arrange this for a 15€ per person end of stay cleaning charge, the choice is yours.
    Car park facilities are charged separately.
    Towels are charged 10€ per person (hand towel and bath towel), should you not want to bring your own.
    An airport transfer service can be provided for 25€.
    Late check in (after 19:00) is charged 20€
  • 3 nights are charged 65% of the weekly rate
    4 nights are charged 70% of the weekly rate.
    5 nights are charged 80% of the weekly rate.
    6 nights are charged 90% of the weekly rate..
    Discounts are available for stays of 2 weeks or more (-5%) and 4 weeks or more (-10%).
    We know how hard it is to plan a holiday, and waiting for quotes to come in can be frustrating. We send out most quotations within minutes of receiving a request, so why not make an enquiry now, and if you pay the deposit within 24hrs of receiving your quote, we will take 10% of the rental rate off the balance due on arrival.

The apartment is on the fifth floor without a lift, but it is well worth the climb. Not only are fixtures, fittings, equipment and furniture of high quality but it remains quiet at night and there is a steady flow of fresh air. You will be met at the apartment for check in and check out, so assistance is on hand for carrying bags. There is a secure lock up inside the building entrance for pushchairs, bicycles and other items you don't want to carry upstairs. Child's seats and cots on request.
