Modern luxury apartment in high quality building right on the beach with underground locking garage and air conditioning. 5mins drive from Nice airport and 10 mins from the centre of Nice. 22 square meter terrace with 180° view on the sea and a view on the Baie des Anges as far as Cap d'Antibes which is particularly spectacular at night with the lights of the coast. This first floor apartment is ideally situated for either a lazy holiday lounging on the beach (either public or private), or visiting the Cote d'Azur all of which is within one hours drive, including Italy. If you're into shopping you have Cap 3000, the biggest shopping centre on the cote d'Azur within 5 mins walk, or if you just want to take it easy you have a whole selection of bars and restaurants right in front of the apartment, no problems with drink & drive, and with 5 mins walk you are in the pleasure port with more clubs, bars & restaurants many with live music. All the big towns on the Cote d'Azur are within easy reach by car or public transport. From the apartment, trains and buses are both within easy walking distance, so a car is not a necessity.

This luxury apartment is ideally situated for all kinds of activities on the Cote d'Azur either sports golf, tennis, all water sports, horse riding, mountaineering, fishing, hang gliding, mountain biking or if you're into culture Nice and the surrounding area is full of museums and art galleries, or if you just want a relaxing break the whole area is packed with wonderful restaurants, many of which are within walking distance or why not a romantic candle lit dinner on the terrace with the lights of the coast as a back drop, not to mention the delights of the marble bathroom with it's Jacuzzi after a hard days shopping, and all this is so close to England (about 2 hours from London’s airports) why not treat yourself to a week's break.
