This beautiful, bright and spacious apartment has recently (Spring 2006) been stylishly and tastefully renovated and refurnished. It successfully combines all its original features, such as original stonework and exposed timber beams, with all the comforts of modern living, including a modern kitchen and bathroom suite and a full home entertainment centre with a comprehensive CD and DVD collection to suit all tastes. * Comfortably sleeps four: apartment contains a double bedroom and a large comfortable sofa bed. All bed linen, towels etc provided. * Great value for money. * Suitable for couples, families, friends.

This is a wonderful location for visiting other famous places on the Riviera. There is a car rental agency a few doors away and the bus stop serving Monocco, Eze and Villefranche is across the road from the apartment. The bus station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

  • Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Deposit of 25% required with booking. Full payment required 4 weeks minimum before arrival. Payment by cheque / credit transfer accepted.
    A 150 euro refundable security deposit is required to cover breakages, loss of keys/DVDs etc.
    Arrival and Departure times are flexible, check with owner.

    Off peak - minimum booking period is 2 nights and minimum fee is 240 Euro.

    Your apartment will be cleaned for you on your arrival. Linen, towels and electricity all included. No hidden extras. Discounts for longer booking periods over the winter months will be considered. Make me an offer I can't refuse!

This fab little place really is just as the pictures represent. An appealing well finished apartment, right in the port and close to the Old Town.

I would not hesitate recommending/staying in the same apartment again as I think the standard and value has more to offer than hotels of the same price in Nice (being more flexible and relaxed than a hotel with far more space). The additional touches, such as ipod speakers, DVDs for rainy days etc all make it that touch more enjoyable - without feeling ripped off.

The bits you need to be aware of.. Take your own towels (inc beach). The stairs are quite tiring if you aren't used to them. There is no AC but fans are provided. The bus station is about 15 mins walk away and the map provided is not the clearest, but there is a straight forward route.

It's a little gem in Nice.

If you are planning a trip to Nice or the Cote d'Azur, this apartment makes a fantastic base. Many of the attractions of Nice are available within a very short distance, and Monaco is a bus (that follows the coast) ride away.

The apartment is very tasteful, very clean and has all of the amenities one could need.
