The designer shopping in the New Town is a 5 minute walk through the gardens and the Old Port, one of the best areas for eating out, is a 10 minute walk away.

My first reaction is that the actual Apartment and surroundings fitted the description most accurately. Absolutely ideal for Nice as it is secluded but within easy reach of the important facilities including transport. Dealings with the owners were very pleasant to deal with and contact was good. It was 'home from home', and I have every intention of going there again in the near future.

Beautiful property clean and well maintained.
All the restaurants are with walking distance from the apartment.
Will be booking again and would recommend this property to a friend.
The pool area was kept spotless and was very handy when the temperatures were hot.

Short break in Nice

We spent three and a half days in your wonderful apartment and, without hesitation, would stay there again and will be recommending it to our friends and family.
We found it spacious and comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent as, although it wasn't near to the promenade and the sea, it is within a short walk to the train and bus stations - very handy for trips to such places as Monaco, Villefranche, St. Paul de Vence etc. A car is definitely not necessary!. It was so easy to walk to the bus station with our cases to catch the direct bus to the airport which runs every 10 minutes.
Although we were not able to use the rooftop pool which doesn't open until the 1st. May, it was great to be able to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine. The view of the fountains from the balcony off the bedroom is superb, particulary in the evening when they are lit up.
A wonderful spring break in a beautiful city and a beautiful apartment for three ladies of a certain age!
