Luxury newly built flat on 5th floor with balcony, interior designed by Habitat, entrance hall, bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed, separate dining area for 4 people. Kitchen with all mod cons (washing machine, fridge, cooker etc), secure parking within building, lift, tv & dvd, radio, central heating & air conditioning, bathroom with power shower & WC, extra WC with washbasin. It is the perfect place for exploring Cannes, Antibes, Menton, Monaco and many other beautiful coastal and mountain towns & villages. Like to swim? The luxury hotel Radison has a rooftop swimming pool opposite the apartment & is available on a daily payment basis. They also have a rooftop restaurant with fantastic views and beach facilities. Nice airport is 15 minutes drive, and there are regular buses to the airport. Good transport links, nearest station is Nice central station.

This is a good apartment but it cannot be decsribed as a luxury property and what was especially dissapointing was that both WC's/toilets did not flush properly when we were there and the apartment also smelt of sewage.
Equally annoying was that the property was advertised as having an Internet connection but on our arrival this was not available because the bill hadn't been paid! Bit of a nuisance that could have been avoided with an accurate description.
The property is about 20 minutes by bus from Nice but the service operates immediately outside the apartment which was good.
The local agent was also very helpful (and apologetic) which was great and none of the problems stopped us having a good time in this fabulous City/area.
Owner's Response: I am sorry this guest wasn't completely satisfied. Internet access was cancelled (not unpaid), and removed from the advertisement a while ago. I am aware one toilet didn't flush, this was due to a blockage and is being repaired. As for the smell of sewage,I have had no complaints of sewage smells in either this or any other flat in the block (including current tenants). I have described the flat as luxury, as it was also interior designed by Habitat.
