High quality 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom central Nice apartment
A very spacious (90sq m), high quality second floor apartment with lift, facing South East and South West and centrally situated just north of the Old Town near the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. A large living/dining room is equipped with LCD screen TV with SKY, DVD, high quality stereo system & all leather seating. The kitchen is well equipped with an American style fridge freezer, small dishwasher, gas hob, oven and microwave. The whole apartment has a solid, polished oak floor. The main bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in-closet with Miele washing machine with tumble dryer, a large shower (wet room style), bath and WC. There is also a computer with wireless broadband Internet access and a phone for Internet calls (Skype and Tesco Internet phone). The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed if required and it benefits from a small balcony. A second shower room with WC leads off the living room, close to the second bedroom.

The apartment is centrally situated just north of the old town, minutes walk from Place Garibaldi, The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), National Theatre of Nice and the Bus Station (Gare Routiere). The famous Cours Saleya market and the beach are 10-15 minutes walk away. There are two bakeries, a supermarket, an excellent wine shop and numerous restaurants very close by. The number 98 airport bus takes 20-25 minutes and stops at the Gare Routiere, only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The main shopping street of Av Jean Medecin is about 10 minutes walk.

When keys have been returned, and assuming no damage has been caused, this will be returned to your home address within approximately two weeks of departure.
