3 bedroom apartment with modern furnishings in the heart of nice. The apartment is in an art deco building in the Carre d'or 5 mins walk from pedestrian area and prestige shopping. The promenade is less than 5 mins walk. Supermarket and other daily necessities are on the doorstep. Fresh flower market and old town is just under 10 mins walk. Great restaurants and shopping are on the doorstep. The apartment has a large terrace and is transversant so remains cool in summer. The apartment has north expo for living area and bedrooms and south expo with balcony for main bedroom. The ceilings are high and the apartment has been refurbished throughout with new kitchen and bathroom fittings. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes along with another bedroom. There is one shower room wc and one bathroom wc both fully tiled. The property is on the first floor with lift and has electric shutters to the front where French doors open onto terrace from living area and bedroom.

Carre d'or region of Nice. Close to all amenities and public transport routes. 5 minutes walk to the promenade. Centrally located. Old town and flower market less than 10 min walk. Close to major art galleries and opera house. Hugo Park very close by along with numerous bars and quality restaurants. The apartment is in an art deco building with predominently French residents. There is a delicious patisserie and a traditional boulangerie around the corner, perfect for breakfasts on the balcony. Major bus routes to all destinations on the Cote d'zur are on the doorstep. Everyday neccessities are less than 1 minute walk. There is also at least two public car parks very nearby.

I was not disappointed with this appartment, it is lovely throughout and very well equipped. the position is excellent - short walk to the beach and all the other attractions but in a really nice, quiet area.
the bathroom and kitchen were excellent and the terrace is large enough to spend evenings, have meals on.
i would recommend a stay in this appt.
