“Wow Factors” are abundant in this extremely spacious second floor apartment in a renovated historic Nicois building just off the Port area. A real home from home, the apartment boasts extremely high quality furnishings and decor, including original artwork by the owner. Real beech flooring and high ceilings complements the large open plan living area comfortably fitting large leather sofas and glass and chrome furniture. Due to the south and west corner position and floor to ceiling French windows, light floods into the apartment and four balconies all with table and chairs means the sun can be enjoyed from breakfast onwards. The master bedroom hosts romantic french furniture, and the romantic theme continues in the second bedroom, with a four poster double bed, which leads through to the third bedroom hosting a single four poster bed. A bath big enough for two and separate shower makes an impressive large bathroom. A full SKY package, DVD and air con completes all creature comforts.

The apartment was originally built to house the entourage of the House of Lascaris - the history of which is documented in the apartment. Just next to the port, it is centrally situated within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of all that Nice has to offer including the famous Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town. It also benefits from being in a quiet residential block of French owners where you can experience real Nice with small local shops including a delicious patisserie and a traditional boulangerie around the corner. Perfect for pleasant morning breakfasts on the balcony. A locals bar at street level serves drinks and home cooked lunches which adds ambiance but closes in the evening so you enjoy tranquility. For more substantial shopping there is a hypermarket just a ten minute stroll away. The bus station to all major routes including the airport, Cannes, Monaco and Grasse is just 8 minutes walk away and there are two public car parks nearby, at the Port and Rue Barla.
