The Old Town of Nice is one of Euope's 'jewels' - the historic buildings and pedestrianised streets are filled with the atmosphere of the local markets, restaurants and street cafes which you can enjoy or wander through, by day or night, relaxed and secure. Don't get put off by the city's reputation as a playground for the rich - the close proximity of the beach and the bus terminal (providing services not just to local attractions but also to Monaco, Cannes, etc) and the myriad of very reasonably priced restaurants and cafes means that you can have just as much fun on a tight budget!
Nice Cote d'Azur airport is served by a large selection of budget airlines, including Easyjet (Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Bristol, Liverpool, Newcastle, Belfast, etc), BMIBaby (Birmingham, Nottingham, Durham), BMI (Heathrow, Manchester), Jet2 (Leeds-Bradford, Manchester) Flyglobespan (Edinburgh, Glasgow) - plus many other airlines in Europe and the rest of the world. There is an excellent bus service running between the airport and the town's main bus terminal, which is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Your apartment was fantastic and really was like being home from home. We have said we want to return to Nice in a couple of years or so and I hope
you will still be letting your apartment out by then as we would definitely return to your apartment.
Many thanks. You've made good job of doing up the apartment - we found it very comfortable and had a great time there - a very good location. MC
My family and I had a most enjoyable stay at your apartment. I would not hesitate to rent your apartment again when we next visit Nice. DG
