Just returned from a great week in Nice and I can highly recommend this apartment. Situated in the Old Town, it is literally 2 minutes from the bus station & tram stop. The beach and market place are a leisurely 10 minute walk through the heart of the Old Town. You also have dozens of restaurants & cafes to choose from too.
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We had 4 staying and had plenty of space and never felt on top of each other, which is important for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen has everything you could want, dishwasher, cutlery, fridge/freezer etc. Also has a washing machine, and space for you to hang clothes. If you want to spend a night in, you have dvds and a comfy lounge.
One of the best things about booking this apartment was dealing with Iain. He was always quick on email response, and returned my security deposit within 1 day of the holiday ending. He also has a guidebooks for you to use in the apartment plus an information booklet for the apartment and local area. It is a definite plus to deal with someone who knows what they are doing and has taken the time and effort to make your stay a good one.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this apartment and the Old Town of Nice in general.
