  • - Minimum Deposit (fully refundable if no damage has been caused) £ 750 per booking (payable in advance in the UK) ; the rental fees are payable in euros on arrival.
    - The above rates are for 2 to 4 people's occupancy. For 5 to 6 people add € 150 per week
    -The weekly price includes electricity, water, and gas.
    - Rental starts at 4 pm on Saturday and ends at 10 am the next Saturday.
  • * The rental fees include a minimum estimate for the changing and laundry of the bedlinen. If the premises are not left in the state of cleanliness guests have found on arrival, a € 60 cleaning charge may be required.
  • Check-in time is on Saturday after 4pm and Check-out time on Saturday not later than 10am. Guests who have problems may be able to leave their luggage in store with Mrs Liliane Horton, one of the owners, who lives upstairs, for a couple of hours prior to check-in or after check-out.

I recommend this holiday to anybody who enjoys restful, peaceful serenity in a beautiful surrounding. The villa was easy to get to thanks to the support from Michelle via email, and through Lilianne via phone once we arrived. Lilianne was so helpful throughout the holiday and gave us wonderful tips and advice on places to see. The villa was only a short walk to a small beach and 10 minutes from the port with all its restaurants and amenities. It is the perfect villa for families and groups of friends alike, and especially those who enjoy walking around a beautiful part of Nice. We will be visiting again in the near future!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Family holiday Nice May 2009

I traveled to the villa with my partner, my 10 month old baby and my mum and it suited us brilliantly. It was perfect and we would definitely go back. The location was super, we had a car but Nice center and old town are walking distance so a vehicle isn't essential. The garden is lovely and it was so nice to have the pool to have a dip in when it got a bit hot. Lilianne upstairs made us feel extremely welcome and was able to give us lots of useful advice, her English is excellent.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Family Holiday in Nice

(June 2008) The villa was perfect and offers the best of both worlds in Nice. It is close enough to walk into town but also has the benefits of a villa and its larger living quarters. It really could be advertised as a private villa since the upstairs apartment is occupied by one of the owners. Which means you really have the beautiful garden, patio area and pool all to yourself. The pool was perfect for cooling down on those hot summer's days. Liliane (upstairs owner) made us ( 5 people - 3 generations) feel very welcome and was there if we had any questions or needed some local insight. After a long drive drive from Marseille she had already put in the kitchen some bread, fruit, milk and water. Much appreciated. The property is clean and well looked after, and the next time we stay in Nice we hope to stay here again. Thank you Michelle / Liliane for helping to make our holiday so memorable.
