The panoramic views from the picture windows of this converted belvedere are absolutely breathtaking. Towards Villefranche, sweeping towards Nice with the backdrop of mountains....a getaway from it all escape for a couple....sit and watch the sea and cruise liners approaching Villefranche....shower gazing at the Mediterranean...read on the terrace...take a stroll up the road in the National Park with yet more fantastic views into Villefranche and back towards Nice.....unique and beautiful.

This charming studio apartment is located in a converted 1920s villa on Mont Boron which overlooks Cap Ferrat and encompasses views across to the Baie des Anges. The National Park of Mont Boron can be enjoyed a short walk along the road, with truly picturesque views and a convenient short car journey takes one to beaches at Villefranche or Nice. Nice International Airport is approximately 5 km and the car journey takes around 20 minutes dependent upon traffic. A local large supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and fantastic shopping is available in Nice city either a short car journey or the bus stop is by the supermarket. This apartment comes with both a wealth of views and a wealth of steps on the approach and therefore willing legs only please!

It is important to note that there is access to the apartment via a lift which due to the quirky nature of the old structure may from time to time cease to function and therefore require those resident to use the ladder. This is not suitable for invalids or those who would not like to climb up or down a ladder to gain access to the apartment under such circumstances.
