The studio is situated in the picturesque small town of Cagnes- sur- Mer, very close to Nice. - 3 kms-It is a very spacious studio garden flat . The large room has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 comfortable sofa beds. There is a luxurious bathroom with a marble sink top unit. Two sliding doors open onto the garden.It is small but has a lovely terrace complete with garden furniture. The stunning pool is shared with the other appartments of the bloc of flat.But It is usually quiet as most people seem to prefer the beach. The flat is across the road from the sea linked by a subway directly from the gardens. There is a secure underground car park. Public transport - buses and trains-are 5 minutes away. Buses from Nice airport stop across the road from the flat. Cros- de- cagnes where the flat is situated is the picturesque old part of the town with its working fishermen harbour The sea front is lined with cafes and restaurants.

If you want a tranquil location, Cros-de Cagnes, the old part of Cagnes- sur- Mer, where the flat is situated is a very picturesque small town 3 kms west of Nice. All along the promenade you will find restaurants and cafes. In the old part of this fishermen village there is a lively market twice a week. A 10 minutes walk from the flat takes you to the marina of Saint Laurent du Var lined with gorgeous yachts. This is a lively spot for restaurants and bars. You can get to Nice in 15 minutes, Cannes, Grasse or Saint Paul de Vence in less than 30 minutes by car or public transport. Cros- de- cagnes is a perfect spot for visiting the area as public transport is so easy as well as a great place for a beach holiday.

SAFETY IN THE RESIDENCE: The property is gated to increase security. You will be given codes before your arrival. The flat is in a building that has been built 4 years ago. Everything is in perfect order . The car park is very secure as it is under bloc of flats. The surrounding gardens of the residence are looked after by a full time gardner . the residence is always immaculate. There is a GARDIEN - caretaker- who is in situe in case you need him.

Other Activities: visiting museums and small artistic towns (St Paul De Vence, grasse etc), race course of cagnes sur mer is famous.
