Charming studios for 2 to 4 persons, looking onto a flowered courtyard

Perfect holiday rental apartment, available for a week or a minimum of 2 nights. Nearby the beaches of Nice and the very tourist old town. These very charming and different studios, with its fancy and warm decoration, are ideally situated in the heart of the town centre, near all shops and restaurants in the pedestrian area. Very quiet, and located at the rear of the loveliest courtyard in bloom. Completely renovated in 2006, it offers comfort with all the equipments and air conditioning. You can choose the studio with the decoration you like, with a little balcony or without, mezzanine or single-storey. Nearby all amenities, you will hesitate between staying in the studio to relax, enjoying the pleasures of the beach and the seaside walks or discovering the region of Nice. Easily accessible, the car is not indispensable, close to the bus station for all excursions, 20 minutes away by bus from the airport, and at a 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station.

Studio-mezzanine 'design' (21 m²) with a particular charm and a wink to the zebra and to its colours, entirely air-conditioned and soundproofed. Sunny, quiet, with its windows opening onto a flowered courtyard, it includes a lounge with a sofa-bed (2 persons), a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilets, and a bedroom with a large bed (140 x 200) on the mezzanine, accessible by a retractable staircase. Ideal for 2 persons, 4 persons maximum.

Good location, but not so good conditions .

The good location of studio in Nice center town, but in mezzanine hot and a bad smell on a bed, is difficult to rise on steps on 3 floor.Here were ants. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Well equipped kitchen.
Not recommended for: families with Young Children and not more from 2 persons in studio.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
