A High quality 2 bed Holiday Apartment
This apartment was completely renovated in June 2006. This is a real Nicois neighborhood, yet so close to all the attractions. The apartment is light-filled with a lovely terrace looking on to a quiet street. The beach and the Promenade des Anglais are 10 minutes walk. One of the best ways to see the Riviera is by train which is less than a 5 min walk to the main Gare SNCF. Visit Monaco, Antibes or the Cannes film festival and Monaco Grand Prix in May.

The location for this apartment is superb. With everything at your doorstep you are on a quiet street away from all the noise of a busy city. It is only a 10 minute walk to the wonderful Promenade des Anglais down Boulevard Gambetta. The local 23 bus, straight from the airport, leaves you less than 5 minutes away. Old Nice is a pleasant walk through the pedestrianised shopping area. The Gare SNCF train station is also right beside you for a quick exit to Cannes, Monaco or anywhere else you fancy on the coast. Why not pop across the border to Italy to the market on Friday morning in Ventimiglia.

Notes to the rental rates
The apartment sleeps 4 but can cater for a family of 6. Deposit of 25% required with booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require full amount on confirmation. Payment by Electronic transfers preferred but personal cheques accepted. Credit cards, via Paypal also accepted*. Arrivals are at a nominated time after 5pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 11:00am. A security/damage deposit of €200 required. Paypal users incur a charge to cover costs.
