This attractive Art Deco apartment is situated just off Nice’s main boulevards just six minutes’ walk from the sea and 15 minutes from Vieux Nice. Recently refurbished with a new kitchen, flooring and freshly decorated, this apartment is suitable for groups of up to six people with one double bedroom, two twin beds and two adult-sized bunk beds. A high chair, cot, books, toys and a small table make this a family friendly apartment whilst the wooden flooring and original windows and shutters throughout are authentically French. The living room opens out onto a sunny, south-facing balcony, overlooking a quiet courtyard. The modern kitchen offers a fridge, newly installed dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven. There is a television/DVD player and a radio/CD player. Situated on the second floor of the building, the apartment can be accessed easily by stairs or a lift from the central lobby.

Situated on Avenue des Fleurs right next to the glamorous Hi Hotel, and the bustling Boulevard Gambetta. There are local markets and supermarkets a few minutes walk away and the beach and the Promenade des Anglais are 6 minutes by foot. It is 10 minutes walk to Avenue Jean Medicin and the same to the train station. All this makes for the perfect location to base your stay. The excellent local transport systems mean that you can visit the beautiful resorts of, for example, Antibes, Cannes, Villefrance as well as Monaco and Monte Carlo without needing a car.

This apartment is great for the money, very central located & it really is only a 6 minute walk to the beach and supermarket very close. Very spacious clean & tidy & made our stay in Nice fantastic. we would definately come back here to stay.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway, Sightseeing
