Notes to the rental rates

Full payment required 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required on confirmation. Payment can be in personal cheques in GB pounds or Euros.. Security / damage deposit of 190.00 Euros payable before arrival. This will be returned to you within 10 days of departure and keys returned..Bank transfer accept or credit cards. Please ask for further details.

• You are not entitled to occupy the apartment outside these limits.
  Cleaning is included in the price of the rental, however we would expect the apartment to be left in a reasonable condition i.e. clean and tidy.
  Taking reasonable care of the apartment
  By agreeing to rent the apartment, you are agreeing to take good care of the property. You are also agreeing not to act in a way that would cause a nuisance or disturbance to our neighbours or the other residents of the adjoining and nearby properties.
  Accidents can happen, but please report without delay to us, any defects in the property, or breakdown or breakages in any items, equipment, machinery or appliances in the property. We, or our managers, will attempt to make arrangements for repair and/or replacement as soon as possible. Breakages
  Please replace any small broken items with new items, as close as possible in appearance to the original. If anything larger or difficult to replace is broken, please contact us.
  
• Liability
  Sorry, but we cannot be liable for the theft of any of your possessions whilst they are kept in the property or buildings.
  We will not be liable to you:
  a) for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property, nor for the failure of:
  any equipment, machinery or appliance in or around the Property.
  b) for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond our control.
  c) for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to, or suffered by you if the Property is destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period, so rendering it uninhabitable. In such an event we will advise you of the facts promptly, and refund to you all the sums previously paid in respect of the rental period, without deduction, but our liability shall not exceed the amount you have previously paid. 6 People can stay in the apartment comfortably. Non-smoking Apartment Belle Vue, is a non-smoking apartment for the benefit of all our guests. If you want to smoke, please go outside the building to do this. Smoke detector is fitted in the apartment. Linen We provide towels, tea towels and bed linen. Please bring your own beach towels. Electricity This is included in the rental price. Facilities include heating, unit, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, iron and hair dryer. Hot Water This is heated automatically and is included in the rental price. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is shared with the other residents. You have unrestricted use of the pool but please supervise children at all times. We also have wheel chair access from the Road and from the garage. There is a left from the garage to the apartment.

Further terms and conditions

CDs/DVDs You are welcome to use these, please leave them in the apartment at the end of your holiday. You may also wish to take your own CDs for the CD player. Emergencies / Local Services. Please see the various brochures in folders, for detailed information on all local and emergency services. Any violation to Terms and Conditions may result in the occupier being vacated from the premises with NO refund. Further practical details are supplied in a folder of tourist information which is kept in the apartment.
