This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is located in elegant belle epoque building. The apartment (with lift) has been very stylishly and tastefully refurbished and furnished. On entry you have a modern and bright kitchen (with full facilities, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine). There is a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a luxury sofabed (double bed) and storage cupboards and flat screen TV/DVD and HiFi with English Satellite TV BBC, ITV and Sky news etc - with the large windows and West facing outlook the living room is a lovely afternoon suntrap. The bedrooms are equipped will King size double bed and large storage cupboards. This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout. It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo) approx 200 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais It overlooks gardens and church - the apartment is non-overlooked and very quiet and secure.

A great and hassle free holiday due to the services and advice from Riviera Rentals. Apartment is in a fantastic location for lazy girls like us that wanted to relax on the beach and get a bite to eat in the evenings. Modern, bright, clean and better equipped than my apartment back home.
