This is a stunning 5th floor - 2 bedroom apartment - in a very elegant building - in a prime central location right in center of the Carre d'Or which is next to the pedestrian zone - direct walking access through to the promenade des Anglais and beach. With very large living and dining area - the living area has a large and very comfy L shaped sofa bed (very comfy double bed) - with full size flat screen TV and HiFi (with English Sat TV) the apartment has phone for incoming calls and ADSL/WiFi Internet access - a large 6 person dining table and chairs and a fully equipped 'American' kitchen. There is a lovely south/south-west facing terrace (approx 15 meters sq) with wooden dining table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers - the terrace is very sunny and has an open view of the roof-tops and hills in background surrounding Nice.- it has full air-conditioning throughout and is located in a very quiet and secure building - making this an ideal base for families or 2 couples to enjoy Nice.

    There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
