This apartment faces the Promenade des Anglais and presents a perfect opportunity for those seeking extra comfort and convenient access to all Nice has to offer. You can easily reach country areas such as Grasse, Antibes, and Valbonne as well as Cannes (30 minutes by train); Monaco (10 minutes by train or 20 minutes by bus). The train station is 2 minutes away on the tram and the bus station is under 200 yards away. There is lift access, dining area and seperate kitchen with small balcony, large bedroom with air conditioning. The building is a neo-modern 1930s with marble floors. Large windows provide plenty of sunlight. At your door, you have exclusive shopping as well as shops which satisfy your everyday requirements for food etc. On the corner of the building, you have palm tree lined parks facing the Promenade des Anglais beach. If you do not fancy the idea of living in the quaint but sometimes crowded Old Town, then take the elegant option of this apartment's location.

The hallway leads to all rooms. This apartment is in a pedestrian zone; the road is a cul-de-sac, so no motor noise. You have a direct view of the Promenade des Anglais and Sea without having the traffic noise and strong direct sun all day long into your apartment. This 1 bed apartment lies in the heart of Nice. Perfect for a couple and only 45 yard away from the beach. and yet you look over the Italian Square and fountains of Place Massena. The interior comprises high ceilings, large windows with electric shutters, and air-conditioning. The flooring is high quality marble with parquet on the bedroom floor. There is a fully tiled shower bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob.This large airy apartment has high quality marble tile and parquet floors with an elegant entrance hall into the building and lift to the apartment which runs from the front to the rear of the building where the kitchen also has a balcony.

Arrival Arriving by air: When you get to the luggage collection point at the airport, please call any one of 3 numbers to confirm your arrival: The number 98 bus runs from the airport into central Nice bus station (Gare Routiere)and takes about 10 minutes. You may also take the 99 bus to the train station. Place Massena is an 8 minute walk to the Train station or take the tram for 2 stops. The cost of the airport bus is currently 4.00 euros for a day-long ticket. In general bus tickets cost €1 for trips as far away as Menton. Taxi An airport taxi will cost around 30 euros and takes about 10 minutes. Car Hire There are many car hire companies in Nice although a car is not essential due to excellent public transport links. A local firm allows you to park freely overnight. Public parking costs about 100 euros per week.
