  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please enquire. An initial £100 deposit is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £30 per bed. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
    No pets. This is a No Smoking apartment.
  • We offer terrific flexibility in terms of arrival days and mini-breaks from 3 days duration onwards

Lovely accomodation, great location

We stay in Nice most summers as we love the city. We have 3 young children.
The appartment we stayed in was very good, furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, the location was superb, only a stones throw from the Cours Saleya, the local restaurants were excellent.
The management team were helpful and polite, they met us and helped with our luggage.
Would recommend.

More than Nice, it was amazing.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was perfect for our family of four. Amazing location right in the heart of old town, within 50 steps of the market square, could be at the beach in less than 2 minutes walk, 5 minute walk to the bus station.

Even though it is above a resturant, we could never hear or smell the resturant. The apartment give you a great sense of the lively community that is old town Nice with all its charm. The apartment was very clean and came with everything you needed for a week even if you didn't eat out.

We stayed in Nice without a vehicle and the bus service is so good and so well located to the apartment we were able to travel all over very cheaply and easily.

I enthusiastically recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Nice, who wants to get an authentic sense of Nice culture, food, climate and doesn't want to have a spend a fortune to do it. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic location, a great base to explore nice and surrounding area. Very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Had a problem with the water that was dealt with quickly.have used the company before and would definately recommend to others, very good customer service.

Location second to none..........The apartment is very clean just as pictures show. There was a welcome pack which was very good which included milk wine biscuits and a lot more. There were plenty of cleaning products also in the apartment which saves you having to go out and buy them.The staff were only to ready to help. The only downfall was the staircase but it is Nice and in the Old Town. I would book this again.

Location excellent, surroundings not so!

We were met at the bus station and taken to the apartment, which was just as well. The apartment is good once inside it's own door, but the street is dingy and the stairs up to the apartment very dirty and dilapidated. If we had been on our own we might not have ventured up them! It is situated above an Indian restaurant, but luckily we could only smell it on the stairs. However, as the advert says, the location is great, so handy for everything. The apartment was clean and had been refurbished, but the bath had a large chip out of it, so we only used the shower, which wouldn't stay in place, so needs attention (we did leave a note about this, so it may be fixed by now). There is everything provided that one might need.
Buses are cheap, reliable and go everywhere, so getting around is easy. St Paul de Vence is well worth a visit, as is St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche. Lots of restaurants nearby, too many to single out.

I'm sorry you felt the public area was not up to scratch and this is something we are taking up with the company who manage the building. The buildings in the Old Town of Nice are very charming and also very old. While many owners like us have invested money renovating the individual apartments, it is not uncommon for staircases to look a little tired and in need of a bit of smartening up! As the reviewer above implies - this goes with the territory when staying in the Old Town and usually the fabulous location and high standard of facilities within the apartment more than make up for it.
