Large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment of 100 m2 located in the Port area of Nice. The apartment is in a listed building (protected by the local heritage authorities), less than 3 mins walk to the marina, 5 mins stroll to the old town. South facing, giving sunlight throughout the day. The apartment has sea views and a balcony attached to the master bedroom. Large, classic French windows throughout. Full bathroom, separate shower room and also a separate toilet room. Fully equipped with everything you would need for a pleasant stay.

Everything is within walking distance of the apartment. The marina is on your doorstep, the old town is a 5 minute stroll and the Promenade des Anglais is also just a short walk away. The famous Cours Salaya market 10-15 mins walk. Huge choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets right beside the apartment. A fabulous Chocolatier is straight across the street. Very well located for train and bus services up and down the coast. Parking nearby.

big flat with small problems

positiv:
- really big flat
- furniture, lamps, Dishes from Ikea
- really good an new windows (when the windows are closed its silent)
- very cheap price for three nigths
- really central located

could be better:
- I need in Nizza 5 calls to meet the housekeeper in front of the flat, and I know the the way to the flat
- to the appointment for leaving the flat the hosekeeper arrive 45 min. later than promised
- the bath tub has no hose , so it's only possible to take a shower at the shower bath


you have to know:
- the flat is on the 3th flor, that means 72 stairs; this was not comfortable for my parents (73 and 75 years old)

We walked to the beach, old town and port area. Close to bus terminal and therefore access to other small towns.
Wonderful bakery across the road.
Apartment was airy, clean with seaveiw from the dining area.
