This newly refurbished apartment is situated on the crossroads of a number of Nice's most desirable districts. While very much a town apartment, it is situated only four blocks and a five minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the best beaches in Nice. One of the most spectacular results of its complete renovation during 2006 is the restoration to its former glory of the original herringbone parquet flooring throughout the bedrooms and the lounge. The other floors are marble. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the Palais Adeila, an Art Deco building, and can be approached via a charming lift as well as by the stairs. There are three balconies and there is air conditioning fitted throughout. The six tall windows of the stunning lounge overlook the Avenue des Fleurs towards the Boulebard Victor Hugo. There are classical louvre doors fitted to the windows, except in the lounge where there are electronically operated shutters.

The Art Déco Palais Adeila with its beautiful façade, balconies and louvred shutters to the windows, enjoys a quiet location. While very much a town apartment, it is situated only four blocks, and a five minute walk, from the Promenade des Anglais with its many beaches from which to choose. The airport is approximately a fifteen minute journey. The famous Hotel Negresco is nearby as is La Cité de la Buffa, the biggest covered market in the centre of Nice, with over forty stalls selling quality fresh produce and a wide range of local specialities. All the attractions of Nice are within walking distance, with convenient bus routes accessible from stops within a two minute walk. No car is necessary.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking. The balance is to be paid not less than two months prior to arrival in Nice. Since the apartment has been furnished to such a high standard, we require a security deposit of £500 sterling payable with the balance. It will then be returned to you at the end of your stay. A fee for the 'meet and greet' service on arrival and departure, emergency contact, the provision of linen and towels and cleaning will be payable directly in Euros to our agents in Nice on departure: this varies minimally depending on how many beds are used but is in the region of 100 euros.

Excellent property in excellent location

The flat was spacious, clean and well supplied with linens and utensils. The neighbors are very freindly and quiet. The flat is a short walk to a fresh market, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The sea is a short walk. Public transportation is within two streets. My wife and I were greeted, as scheduled, and all questions were answered promptly. We were provided answers to all questions about local facilities and with internet access. The apartment was even better than described then it looked online. We stayed two months and recommend it highly.

The only place to stay in Nice

This is a beautiful apartment, finished to a very high standard, in one the best locations in Nice. It is in a very safe area, only a few minutes stroll to the beach, food market, restaurants and shopping centre. Don't look any further just book it you won't be disappointed.

The apartment was very nice. Lots of space and we all liked the way it was set up. Air conditioning in each room. We all thought it was worth the money spent and we were very pleased with it. Only thing was that during the night the street was very noisy with people yelling at 5 am in the morning. But is an external factor to the apartment itself and has to do with the fact that the property is conveniently located near the city center. Very nice vacation. We think we'll be back again next year.

Excellent location, close to the beach and only a short walk to the nightlife areas. clean and relatively quiet, nice big rooms, and a lot of shops, cafes + restaurants closeby

The apartment is modern, stylish, spotless and ideally located for the beach. It is also within easy reach of the old town and close to all the transport networks. It was a pleasure to wake up in such a beautiful place and a pleasure also to return to it after exploring the delights of Nice.
