Ok for the price, but on the basic side.

Firstly , the Owner Andy was very good at communication, and leaving the keys etc, although its a bit complicated finding the property and then finding the key etc. this place has a lot of stairs, its like five floors up and the ground floor is dark and dingey and had a nasty drain smell about it - The apartment itself really needed a good clean, there was a fair amount of dust around, and the kitchenette was very basic. One major problem is the TV wouldn't turn off at all, this meant you needed to pull the plug out, which I guess everyone has been doing which is probably why the plug socket has completely come away from the wall, which is dangerous to say the least! I can't complain too much, the price was great and the location is right in the best part of the old town (although its quite a noisy bar area that stays open till gone 1am) I guess its the end of the season and the place really just needs a good spruce up and it could be so much better.
The internet access was great though if you need that sort of thing, the location was great, and the city is great too and the food is fantastic if a little on the pricey side (beer is 5 euros min! and most main courses we had were 10-15euros a head). If they spent a few hundred quid doing the place up just so it looks a bit fresher then I would recommend to a friend. I guess anywhere thats getting to the end of the season is going to have wear and tear.
