We specialise in mini-breaks......this is THE apartment for a romantic getaway with your loved one. With views from the balcony onto Rue Rossetti (Old Nice's most famous street) - the beautifully domed Cathedral at one end and the tranquil Colline du Chateau at the other - this is a most delightful retreat for couples. This 2nd floor apartment is south facing and flooded with light, fully double glazed and wonderfully equipped, perfect for your escape to the sun. Situated in the heart of the old town, with its bars, cafes, galleries, shops and bistros it is a 2 minute stroll to the beach. There is a spacious kitchen/dining room room with french windows opening onto the balcony, a separate living room with a mezzanine floor above housing a double bed (luxury Tempur mattress which moulds to the shape of your body and guarantees you comfort and support all night, a bathroom with WC, bath and shower over. Your romantic oasis in the heart of the riviera - BOOK NOW...you know you want to!

Nice is a wonderful, glamorous, exciting cosmopolitan city on the cote d'azur. Our apartment is situated in the heart of the fabulous Old Town: the most atmospheric quarter. bursting with vibrancy, cafes, bars, bistros, independent shops and galleries. Rue Rossetti is the number one place to be, with the Cathedral and Colline du Chateau overlooked from your balcony! The beach is a 2 minute stroll away and the bus station (with swift direct buses to the airport) is likewise 2 minutes away. Monaco, Cannes, Italy, cliff top villages and bijoux beaches are all a day trip. What could be better? Go on, make that booking!

  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire.
    An initial deposit equivalent to 1/4 of the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.

Loved our stay in this cute little appartment in centre of Old Nice. It was quaint, quirky and cosy in October with all mod cons required for comfort. Really appreciated a relaxing bath by candlelight after days walking around and powerful shower to wake you up in the morning.
Everything in flat was very clean and comfortable.
Highly recommended.

We agree that one of the advantages of this apartment is the fact you can take both a shower AND a bath which is may be a little unusual in a 2 person holiday apartment.

A few days in Nice old town

This apartment was a fantastic place to stay. It's cosy and romantic - definitely a love nest! Everything you need is really close by - the sea, the market, restaurants and car parks (if you need to have a car). The views from the balcony are really lovely - you can feel very French whilst enjoying your breakfast in the sun or your dinner by candlelight in the evening! I would recommend the apartment to any couple wanting romance in the heart of the old town! However, high season, it is a busy and noisy location day and night - I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for peace and quiet!

The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained with everything you might need. I have MS and use walking sticks to get around. The stairs up to the property are steep but there is a handrail. Likewise the steps up to the bedroom are manageable if you can do stairs! The advantage from my point of view was that the shops, restaurants, market and beach were near enough for me to get to. Taxis are reluctant to drive into this part of old town but are willing to drop you within a 2 minute walk. If you can manage stairs and walking short distances, I wouldn't let your disability stop you considering this property. The letting agents are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.

As lifts are almost non-existent in the Old Town it's important to be prepared to walk up a few stairs to enjoy the charm that this apartment and it's location has to offer.
