All bedrooms are en-suite, have double doors to terrace and views over the Bay .The living/dining/kitchen is open plan design to maximize on the natural light and the stunning views. The Apartment is on the 5th floor and directly facing the beach. It is minutes away from Designer Shopping and Fabulous Restaurants in fact 'Le Jardin du Capitol' is on the ground floor of the building. It is one of the most popular Restaurants in Nice renowned for its authentic French Food and Friendly Atmosphere. But if you want a night in ...the Kitchen is fitted out to the highest standard, its open plan design makes cooking so sociable as your guests/family have a drink at the tastefully designed bar area and facing you. Afterwards you can relax on the terrace and watch the sunset over the Bay. Air Conditioning, lift access.

Le Palais Marie Gabrielle is Number 52 Promenade des Anglaise. The fabulous and friendly restaurant Le Jardin du Capitol is also located at No 52. The Negresco Hotel one of the most Famous Landmarks in Nice is Number 37 Promenade des Anglaise. The Number 98 Bus from Nice International Airport will drop you at The Gambetta Stop on Promenade des Anglaise.. This stop is approx 100yrs from the Le Palais Marie Gabrielle on the promenade. It couldn't be easier!

Notes: There is lift access directly to the apartment however I am not sure if it is suitable for wheelchais access...I can enquire about this if interested...I have a preference to non smokers however with a commitment to smoke outdoors...there are balcony doors from all rooms...I may consider this also...Apartment is directly opposite a pedestrian crossing lending direct access to the beach and all the beach side restaurants...The restaurant attached to Le Palais Marie Gabrielle...'Le Jardin du Capitol' is just excellent...The staff are all long term employees and always make patrons very welcome...the food is great...day or night!

Just returned from a long weekend in Nice. What an absolutely fantastic apartment, you MUST stay here if visiting Nice. The apartment has everything you could wish for and much much more. I can't wait to return and would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay in Nice, and especially loved this apartment. Great views, beautifully appointed, wonderful location, and a superb owner and property management team. It is not easy to find a property of this standard, and I must say that all four of us were completely impressed by everything. We will most certainly be back, and hope to be fortunate enough to be able to stay in this apartment again. Cheers from Vermont, can't wait to have our next glass of wine in your lovely apartment! The apartment is lovely, the situation perfect,the views fantastic.A great place for a holiday on the Riviera. No car necessary-the local transport frequent and cheap.

The property worked well for my wife 2 kids and myself this was in rescept of location, Decor, and a very nice view. This year we have been to Dubai, Maritius, Lanzarote, Pueto Banus, Ireland, and China, but i can say with confidence my heart is in the South of France.

Four young ladies in the prime of our 30's stayed for five fantastic days. You have to see the apartment to believe it. What an amazing apartment! The views are to die for.The beautiful balcony oozes character and unlike so many of apartments I have stayed in, the space is fantastic. The balcony wraps itself the whole way around the building so the sun is always there. The decor of the apartment is like no other, straight out of an interior magazine! The kitchen is tastfully and fully equipped - loads of wine glasses to be used!!! Which we did, every chance we got we parked ourselves on the balcony and inhaled the spirit and ambience of Nice!
Would highy reccomend this delightful find to anyone with a touch of class.... seeking a touch of self catering luxury!
We have booked our "girls in the city" pad again for a week in the spring!
