The Number 98 Bus from Nice International Airport will drop you at The Gambetta Stop on Promenade des Anglaise.. This stop is approx 100yrs from the Le Palais Marie Gabrielle on the promenade. It couldn't be easier!

    The remaining 50% together with the cleaning/laundry fee is to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    A deposit of €500 is required at 'meet and greet'...this is refundable on leaving the apartment by mutual agreement with managing agent
    Also available a facility to do grocery shopping for your arrival...Email your shopping list and it will be in your apartment on your arrival...Cost of Groceries plus €30 fee.

There is lift access directly to the apartment however I am not sure if it is suitable for wheelchais access...I can enquire about this if interested...I have a preference to non smokers however with a commitment to smoke outdoors...there are balcony doors from all rooms...I may consider this also...Apartment is directly opposite a pedestrian crossing lending direct access to the beach and all the beach side restaurants...The restaurant attached to Le Palais Marie Gabrielle...'Le Jardin du Capitol' is just excellent...The staff are all long term employees and always make patrons very welcome...the food is great...day or night!
