Our elegant apartment is situated in the heart of Nice, on Rue Alphonse Karr, the area and narrow streets are filled with local produce and crafts, a boulangerie, patisserie is less than a 2 minute walk away, as are numerous bars & restaurants, & 5 minutes will get you to the excellent shopping on Rue Jean Medicin, where you can also catch the tram ( due to startt 24th November 2007) the Promenade des Anglais & beach is under a 10 minute walk, There are many Museums & Art galleries within Nice, Ferries from Nice port are a delightful way to visit the Mediterranean coast, St Tropez, Monaco, San Remo & Corsica, bus services & the rail network are excellent for sight seeing or day visits to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco or perfume capital Grasse. Nice offers something for everyone, whether, its culture, sightseeing, sunbathing on the beach, or just chilling out, in a cafe, or bar.
