A modern and very chic 1 bedroom apartment in the prestigious development of Le Palais de Mediterranee. This 1st floor apartment is of the highest quality - with marble and hard wood floors throughout. On entry to your right there is a fully equipped American kitchen (with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and hot plate toaster, and kettle) which overlooks the spacious living room. The living room has a dining table and 4 chairs, a very comfortable double sofa/bed and large TV (with English TV BBC, ITV and Sky news) and stereo and is very tastefully decorated. There is a phone for incoming calls. The living room opens up onto a very large terrace (approx 15sq m) with dining table and 4 chairs, and 1 sun lounger - the terrace is East/south-east facing and gets morning sun, and overlooks the internal gardens and is very quiet. The bedroom has a double bed and storage cupboards. Finally the bathroom has a bath with stand-in bath shower. There is air-conditioning throughout.
