Shakespeare is a superb modern 2 bedroomed apartment in a good quiet residential area off Blvd Gambetta, 7 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to train station. This apartment has been totally refurbished to include an attractive modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,electric cooker,micro wave and large Italian tiled bathroom with a corner bath. Bright sunny spacious,apt. It is situated on the first floor at the corner of the building with large double glazed windows throughout. It is 2 mins walk to Gambetta which has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. There is a bus stop on the corner. Walking distance to the Zone Pietone, Old Nice and Jean Medicin shopping. The direct airport bus stops on nearby Gambetta. Easy access to the Void Rapide for trips by car. *There are no hidden extras to the quoted price. All linens are provided, including good quality cotton sheets and bath towels. Beach towels are not provided.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In order to secure a booking we require a non refundable deposit of 250 Euros per week rental, and the balance at least 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 2 months of arrival date, the full amount is payable immediately.
    Guests are recommended to take out holiday assurance to cover cancellation or curtailment and burglary or theft. NB.Rates for special periods such as Easter, Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix available on request.

    A separate damage deposit of 200 Euros is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to the apartment being left in good order and the keys returned to Agent.

    There are no extra charges. All linen is provided and the apartment is professionally cleaned between bookings.

    Our English speaking Agent will meet you at the apartment upon arrival and check you out upon departure.
