Attractive 1 bed apartment adjacent to Promenade, within 5min walk of Negresco. Apart is located in a quiet block directly off the promenade. Apt on 5th floor (with lift).Rare for this area, It has a large 20 square metre terrace with superb views of sea and promenade but without the noise or pollution experienced on the Promenade. Balcony at the back, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Apt is furnished in French style. Bedroom has an antique French bedstead but the mattress is new memory foam- great for anyone who has back problems! The separate sitting/living room leads onto the lovely terrace. The large terrace has a table, 4 chairs and 2 recliners and a large sun canopy. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs. All linens are provided including bath towels but beach towels are not provided. Separate bathroom with shower and separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen recently installed.

Excellent location, beside Promenade des Anglais, With great views of Violier Plage. 10 minutes drive from Nice Airport, less 5min walk to the splendid Hotel Negresco on Promenade. There is a small brasserie beside the apartment block and numerous small shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity. Apartment is within walking distance of the Zone Pietonne, Avenue Jean Medicin shopping and of numerous restaurants, museums and galleries. Excellent bus service with direct airport bus stop on the corner. The apartment is situated beside C.U.M. (Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen, see their website (ask us for link)which has a full cultural programme throughout the year of concerts, lectures and exhibitions.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There are no extra charges for laundry etc. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in a clean condition. A non refundable booking deposit of €250 per week is required to secure the apartment and the balance at least 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover themselves in the event of having to cancel or curtail their holidays.
    A separate damage deposit of €200 is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure provided no damage has occurred, the apartment is in good order and the keys have been returned. You will be met at the apartment upon arrival and checked out upon departure.
